To contact Dr. Pamela for a consultation form, please send her an email requesting one. This will be sent to your email in-box where you can print it out - then fill out and send in to the store. Please click here to send her a request for the consultation form. You may also CLICK HERE to fill out an online form. This form asks you to sign your initials on the first 2 pages to accept the agreements, then the third page is the form you should fill out. This will be emailed directly to Dr. Pamela.

Welcome to the Website for North Star Health Center

Welcome to our new website. We have a very secure site and to be able to view our entire site we invite you to log in and join us. Registration is free and we plan to update this site weekly to help you make healthier choices in what you breathe, feel, drink and eat, using nature's bounty. You will discover all the many ways you can get started and enhance your journey in health. We are moving all the data into our new site and hope to have our shopping cart up again very soon.

Implementing daily good health choices is easy with quality health care products from North Star. We have been joyfully serving our community since 1974. Our center has many unique offerings. We will help you get started in 2007 with our thoughtful selection of nutritional supplements, herbs, homeopathic medicines, pure plant botanical bodycare products, including our own handmade soaps and salves, and handmade jewelry with natural gemstones, books, and gifts. We specialize in rejuvenation. We continue to review research and select professional and state of the art products to enhance wellness and nurture the body, mind, and spirit. We welcome all folks, including students of health and health professionals.
